Any integration of Ghost Gaming products must be conducted by a duly licensed entity in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international gambling regulations.

2. Eligibility

To use our services or enter into a partnership agreement, you must:

• Be a legally registered business entity.
• Hold all required gambling or gaming licences in your operating jurisdiction(s).
• Have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to game designs, graphics, software, trademarks, trade names, and proprietary game mechanics, are the exclusive property of Ghost Gaming or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written consent.
• Game mechanics and formats developed by Ghost Gaming may be subject to intellectual property protections including patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Any white-label or licensing agreements are governed by separate commercial contracts and do not transfer ownership of IP.

• Ensure all game content is presented accurately and without modification to core gameplay logic or RTP parameters.
• Comply with all technical specifications provided in Ghost Gaming's integration documentation.

• Ghost Gaming does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

• Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by the relevant operator in the preceding 3 months.
